I like that I meet a lot of different people. I like working by myself, and being able to set my own pace for the day. I also like that it keeps me in shape!

The environment and the people I work with are great. I didn’t have good bosses at my other jobs, so having them here makes a big difference. I feel like I can voice my opinion and I am listened to, and if it is a good opinion or suggestion, it’s put into place. I started as a technician and it eventually led to a career position for me with good pay.

What We Offer

• No prior experience required
• Comprehensive, paid on-the-job training and licensing
• February – November working season
• Located near Lakewood, OH
• Company van supplied during work shift
• Time-and-a-half over 40 hours
• Work 7am-7pm, 5 days a week
• Make $600-1,000/week
• Paid weekly on Fridays
• Work independently once training is completed
• Outside almost all the time, traveling your route and applying treatments to lawns

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers

I really like that my route is in a different part of Northeast Ohio every day. Seeing the different suburbs and cities is cool, and I pride myself on finding the best local lunch spots each day. I also like getting to know the customers on my route, talking to them about whatever interests we have in common or hearing about the old car they restored.
